Our programs are bespoke and uniquely tailored for the athletes development. We coach runners of all abilities and specialise in advance training for 3000m, 5000m, 10000m, Half-Marathon and Marathon distances and events.

DELTA SEEDED
Bespoke, flexible and individual program with ongoing and direct coach communication (including Delta Running Audit) and bespoke training pace indicators (TPI) for ideal pacing of sessions
IDEAL FOR committed runners seeking a genuinely bespoke and adaptable program with ongoing checks and feedback from their coach.
Perfect for working towards specific race times.

TRUST THE PROCESS
Program based on athletes goals and adapted to taking into account work/life commitments (including Delta Running Audit).
IDEAL FOR runners wanting more from their training and add structure, variation, pace, spice to their sessions and get to their next level.
1 ON 1 SESSION
$50 per session
45 to 55min One on One coaching session where one of our qualified coaches will run/oversee the session with you.
IDEAL FOR anyone, wanting to get even more out of their running program and/or want one on one level of attention such as live feedback on running form or support for key sessions.

DELTA RUNNING AUDIT
To ensure the best possible level of personalisation, we ask our runners to complete the DELTA RUNNING AUDIT. It is an in-depth questionnaire that allows us to get an understanding of your goals, work/life commitments, analyse your running history and evaluate your training environment. This is the first step of the Seeded and Trust the Process programs.
TRAINING PACE INDICATOR
Following this consultation we develop your training plan and share your personal ‘TPI’ (Training Pace Indicator) as starting point for pace-based training. We review your sessions and record your feedback to adjust, spice up or relax your TPIs as you progress.
