REGULAR TRAINING SCHEDULE

We run on both side of Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Newcomers, guests and visitors are very welcome to join our training groups for any of our staple runs.

We follow a weekly training regime composed of easy recovery runs, intervals sessions, fartlek sessions, and long runs.
