Delta Running Project is a Sydney-based running club built on one core belief: when you train with the right group, you race at your best.
From the start, Delta has stood for both performance and community — creating a space where everyday runners and elite-level athletes train side by side. We believe in structured training, consistent group sessions, and a team culture that pushes everyone forward, regardless of level or experience.
What makes Delta different is the bridge we build between recreational and competitive running. Our sessions are inclusive and well-coached, but always purposeful. You’ll find national champions training next to marathon first-timers — all chasing their own goals with shared energy and mutual respect.
We are deeply committed to racing — not just for results, but as a vital part of development. Through supported team entries, relays, and club competition, we make racing more accessible and rewarding for everyone.
In particular, we’re focused on democratising access to track racing — giving more runners the opportunity to test themselves in a championship-style environment. Track is not just for elites — it’s an accelerator of performance, and a powerful tool for building race sharpness, pacing, and confidence.
