Growing Stronger : Next Generation of Leaders
As Delta Running Project continues to grow, we’re actively investing in the future of coaching and leadership within the club.
We’re proud to welcome elite athletes — including state and national champions, as well as national record holders — who now form the aspirational ceiling of Delta’s performance pathway. Their presence is already elevating our training environment and providing direct mentorship to high-performing runners with national-level ambitions.
At the same time, we’re expanding our coaching framework to ensure all athletes, including juniors, are supported by qualified leaders who reflect Delta’s values of performance, inclusivity, and progression.
Importantly, female leadership and athlete development remain central to this next chapter. We’re proud to see experienced women increasingly shaping the club — from coaching and mentoring to community building and squad leadership.
